Product description:

110kV power transformers are characterized by low loss, low temperature rise, low noise, low partial discharge, and strong short-circuit withstand capability, thereby saving a significant amount of power loss and operating costs.

Product features:
  • The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the core binding adopts a combination of integral pressure and PET tape binding process. Magnetic shielding and other measures are rationally implemented on the core and tank structural components to reduce stray losses, which not only reduces load losses but also effectively avoids localized overheating within the transformer, ensuring low losses and low noise requirements.
  • Both high-voltage and low-voltage coils employ oil-guided cooling structures to ensure coil heat dissipation. The high-voltage regulating section has a separate regulating winding, making the ampere-turns of each winding more balanced, effectively reducing the electrodynamic forces caused by transformer short circuits and improving the transformer's ability to withstand sudden short circuits.
  • The final assembly uses a vacuum oil injection process to minimize internal moisture and ensure that gases inside the insulation and air bubbles at "air corners" completely escape, allowing the oil to thoroughly permeate the insulation. All transformer components are selected from high-quality products manufactured by well-known domestic companies in the industry, guaranteeing the overall performance of the transformer.
